Ok I am all for a loving family and everything, however 14 children to a single mother?
she already had 6 children under the age of 7 and her mother says she was taking fertility drugs and to top it off she lives at home with her parent's.
I am sorry who is paying for these 14 children? the state of California? I can barely pay for my own two children and all of the house bills, so I would like to know how this mother in her 30's going to pay for her 14 children.
Why should her father (grandfather of the 14) have to go back to do contracting jobs in Iraq just to help pay for these children when they should not be a burden to the grandparents.

I am sure everyone is just so excited about 8 babies and I am sure the family thinks they are going to get a lot of free things from Pampers and other companies who make baby products and that would be wonderful if the family did get the free things ,however if this mother of 14 is on welfare, we the taxpayers have every right to know and also have it explained to us on how she is still on welfare when there is a 2 year lifetime limit the last time I checked.
She does not want to be identified but they showed her home and also talked to her neighbors who are not that happy about it. Nadia I thought is what the neighbor said her name was.
Oh well, life will go on and I hope the 14 children grow up to be very successful. However the mother should be banned from having any more children.

Who is really the BIGGEST LOSER?
I have mixed reviews about this television show, I am sure it helps many and hopefully it teaches them how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
However when they are showing the 18 and 19 year young men that are the heavist the show has ever had on that concerns me.
to be over 400 lbs and only 18 years old that should be sounding ALArms for the CPS and to all of the other so called protective services for children, these two young men did not get to this weight level on their own, someone had to buy their food for them, where are their parents and how did they allow this to happen?
Seems like all we hear about are excuses and I am sorry if you are the parent then you have the final say and the child does not run your life and if you see that a child is getting abusive or any thing close to it if they cant eat then you call for HELP.
I do think parent's should be charged with abuse if they allow their child(ren) to reach a weight that could cause serious health problems.
I might be the only one that feels this way, however change does not come about until we SCARE the PARENT's AWAKE.
I do think that when a child gets to a certain age they do know they are eating to much but if they are allowed to eat that way and no one stops then , then why should they stop eating?
There is no reason why children are obese, and with the way the economy is today you would think all families would be slimming down. I know my family has, however we are not obese or anywhere close to it, we are active and we keep moving as much as we can.
Education is a must for all parent's and children so we can stop children weighing 190 lbs and only being 8 years old, and the two young men on this TV show, shame on the producers for allowing them on the show and then in less then a few weeks voting one of them off and everyone knows they need to be there more then anyone else.
How much does each person make for going on that show and being blasted all over the world? Why would anyone go on that show, if you really want to lose weight you can do it at home. The mind is a very strong thing and if we push a little harder we can do it. It is so easy to sell ourselves short and to say " I can't".
I do believe that everyone has the will power to do what they set out to do it is whether you want to use it or not.
I have only watched the show two times and it really does nothing for me, however the advertisements for the show about these two young men really has smoke coming out of my ears.
Feel free to comment and yes I know some people have bad thyroids....(umm yeah ok, has anyone checked in with a doctor about that excuse lately?)
I am not skinny and I am not FAt, I am just right and enjoy who I am and I think if everyone else could also just accept the way they are they would be much happier.

Please do not get me wrong, I am not saying being overweight is wrong, I am saying allowing a child to be OBESE is wrong. Once your over 21 it is your choice on how much you weigh but until then it is your parent's responsibility to make sure you are healthy to the best that they can and to ask for help if they cannot do it alone.

John Rooney Sr's Service Award
This is a nice gesture for the people who served in the Military and made a career out of it and then have passed on.
This is for my sister Elisbeth for she is this man's only child and she deserves so much more then a piece of paper, She is my sister and She is loved.
John Rooney Sr raised 4 other children, he gave his name to the 4 others even though they were not his, so he did more then just serve his country.
I am waiting on the service award for our mother who also passed on however she did serve her Country.

Clint Eastwood's New Movie
I think sometimes we should think about the movies we make.
This is all about a CAR? a 1973 Gran Torino to be exact that is where the name of the movie is drawn from.
However , this movie has more to it then a car, it is showing a grumpy old man that thinks he can change the world all by himself using violence.
The clips shown on TV clearly show that this is a Violent Movie and that we all need to tkae caution now that it is out, a white grumpy old man with a gun who thinks violence is acceptable is not going to cut it in the REAL WORLD, there wll be many copy cats that go around shooting young children regardless if they are in a gang or not just because they were standing there.
Vigliantes are not what we need, Educaton is what we need and Mr. Eastwood if you want to make a statement about gangs and other things going on in this world why not do it by creating programs to help the youth of today.
Mr.Eastwood you have made enough money from your movies to be able to take some of that money to put to good use instead of making a line of movies about violence and giving old men thoughts of carry guns and trying to make a change.
I think it is time that the actors of Hollywood think about what they are starring in and stand up and SAY NO to many of the movies that are being made, it is not ok.
I am sure everyone is going to disagree with me and so be it, however violence stops with education, nt showing people it is ok to be violent.
I do not know about all of you, however I am tired of it, the only way for us to tell HOLLYWOOD we are tired of it is by not buying the movie tickets.....
With the way everyone is losing their jobs, 10.75 per ticket could get you a pack of meat and veggies to cook for your families, think about it?
