Smoky in Citrus Heights CA

Smoke from the fires are everywhere you look, so be careful doing outside activites, it is hard to breathe out there, I walked to get some exercise today and to test my leg, well I went about 20 mins before I started to get pains shooting down my back, can't give up, will try again tommorrow.

Distilled Vinegar

I until recently only thought of vinegar as somethign to use while cooking. Then one day when I came home to ants I tried vinegar and it worked! then I did some research and it has 1001 things you can do with it and I am trying each and everyone and so far it does do what it says it does!
go and learn more about the things Vinegar can do and then stop buying all of those chemicals.
